My name is Maria Christine Joson from Bulacan, Philippines, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psyhology and I am very much interested to work with your company.

I am a call center agent for 8 years and I worked as a Virtual assistant/Social Media Manager for 4 years in the field of Real Estate Investing and Insurance Industry.

I am an expert in doing cold calls, prospecting to potential sellers and Social Media marketing.  I was an Acquisitions Manager where I check market value of the property through Popstream and then do after repair costing. I draft and send offers to through email and apply my negotiations skills based on how soon they would like to sell their property and their reason for selling. 

I also handle our Social media account to produce more warm leads. I do basic SEO like doing the daily posts, use effective keywords and marketing our landing pages to Real Estate groups. 

I am a very goal oriented person, independent and works well with minimal supervision. I always find oppurtunities for growth specially with my selling and social media marketing skills so working with you will be a great plus to your company.
