I am a seasoned BPO person and have also widened my experience in the Learning and Development side of the business. Working as an agent and then branching out as a Trainer helped me add more knowledge and skills. In total, I've been part of the BPO industry for over 15 years. I recently opened my doors into online work and have been enjoying my stint as a Freelance Sourcer/Recruiter for US based job openings. I have experience in posting jobs and also screening candidates using Google forms as well as creation of said forms. I actively use Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing/recruiting and I'm fluent in both written and spoken English. I'm reliable and a quick-learner and also find it nurturing when I get to coach or mentor fellow online peeps like me since that was also a skill I learned while I was in the BPO industry. Apart from the tasks I've shared, I also am capable to creating and proofreading content for websites, posting ads or items for sale, written communication to business partners or potential business partners, even social media management which I am very much open to learn about.
