I’ve been working at home for 10 years and I’ve handled tasks and projects which I learned to do by reading guides provided by clients or learning online. I earned valuable skills and experience from the said projects which make me very flexible and adaptable to any project required.

I recently worked for a year with a start-up and was tasked to handle project management for the communications marketing department – ManyChat messenger marketing, email marketing, creatives, etc.

Before I worked online, I was employed by a multi-national company before and carried out several functions: administrative assistant handling 2 groups of IT professionals; purchasing assistant; and an executive assistant to one of the company’s Regional Director for Asia. My responsibilities include facilitating orders for supplies and handling invoice payments and verifications, arranging travel plans, performing Purchase Order verifications, organizing trainings and meetings, managing leave approvals, orchestrating travel and accommodation of visitors coming from other countries, managing the communication flow between the team and the other departments of the company, Ensuing records for the cost centers of the teams handled and supervising the acceptance of new hires to the company from the initial screening to their first day onboard.

I’ve worked for global business process outsourcing companies for 6 years—started out as a customer service representative, promoted as a supervisor for customer service, and shifted to a data entry supervisor. I then moved over to quality assurance, doing offshore evaluations for a US site.
