Maria Arlene Amazona`

Arlene started her career in the BPO industry as a technical consultant representative and then got promoted after 6 months as a Team Leader. She developed excellent coaching skills that produces stellar performances whether it’s in sales, back of house work, customer service and customer recovery for the past 15 years in the industry. She’s been awarded and recognised so many times both by the company and the clients because of her efficiency in producing results. 

She’s also an experienced virtual assistant and social media manager for more than three years. She’s worked with Sales coaches and Life Coaches from US, Canada and UK. She can posts organic contents, manage engagement, sends email campaigns, uses Canva for infographics, manage content calendars, Calendly and other tasks being asked of her. 

She’s a Life Coach as well and is managing her own YouTube channel, Instagram and Facebook page where she writes her own contents. She also started her own podcast. She went through different coaching training and certification such as CBT, NLP and Modern Applied Psychology.
