I handled the hiring process, inventory management, forecasting of products, training, and schedule of the staffs, wastage management, sales, and marketing, daily, weekly and monthly reports and customer service management as well. I also have 3 years of experience in inbound sales marketing. Where in I handled all the inquiries of the customers, making sales as much as possible, billing concern, basic troubleshooting, appointment settler, up-selling, and email management. I have worked with different companies such as food industry, airlines, and telecommunications.
