Duties as Events Coordinator
•Talk to clients, listening to their needs and presenting ideas and solutions to their requirements.
•Create budgets and stick to them.
•Organize transportation, hire and wrangle keynote speakers , hire A/V team and equipment,and generally make sure that the event runs smoothly, efficiently, and handle any crisis that may come up.
•Works with suppliers ,contractors, employees, wait staff and many others at the same time
Duties as Floral Designer
•Cut and arrange live, dried, and silk flowers and greenery to make decorative displays.
•Also help customers select flowers, containers, ribbons, and others accessories.
•Make design for entire rooms or outdoor areas and fill them with flowers in a pleasing arrangement, especially in the case of extravagant weddings or parties.
