Hi, My name is Aira.
I have been in the Customer Service field for 11 years now.
I was an Office Staff in a small Accounting Firm in Manila for 2 years that was 2011 until 2013. I have learned a lot from my first job, from encoding invoices and receipts to making a financial statement and balance sheet.
I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 8 years, all US-based companies two of them were a tech-sales account and the other one is pure customer service. All were on the night shift. Being a Call Center Professional I used to hone my listening and multi-tasking skills. I also learned how to work great with a team. I can follow instructions and am very keen on details. I want to work on one task first before moving to another. And that I guess helps to make me do my job well. I have been promoted to Level 2 support and S.M.E (Subject Matter Expert).
In my free time, I sing in the Karaoke This helps me release the stress I am getting from work. Outside office, me and my husband were a member of an Apostolic Catholic Community in our place that advocates helping married couples to live a great and happy life with God in the center of it. I am now 34 years old. I have 3 children ages 16, 12 and 3 they. Been married for 13 years now.
I am actively looking for a part-time job to prepare for my firstborn's college education. I am a positive thinker. My decision always depends on my long-term goals. I always weigh a thing and make sure to know all the consequences of what I am doing before I do any actions.
