I am a freelance contractor looking for an opportunity in sales & business development or customer service. Over the years, my work is right in the middle of the action, leading call center operations working while working together with company stakeholder. My tasks are not routine, and I like it! In my most recent employment in Singapore a Senior Manager, aside from being in the middle of the action, part of my job is to work closely with the CEO in the areas of service and sales.
