I am a freelance contractor  looking for an opportunity in sales & business development or customer service. Over the years, my work is right in the middle of the action, leading call center operations working while working together with company stakeholder. My tasks are not routine, and I like it! In my most recent employment in Singapore a Senior Manager, aside from being in the middle of the action, part of my job is to work closely with the CEO in the areas of service and sales. Several tasks are delegated to me ranging from normal administrative tasks i.e. minute taking to simple, welcoming important guests, planning for entertainment, organizing events, booking appointments with client, document verification, purchase approvals, complex proposals, management reports, presentation decks etc. I have great interpersonal skills, able collaborate with own staffs, senior executives /clients in all facets of my work.
