I'm a passionate, hardworking and well-organized person ready to take on responsibilities as a new virtual assistant for top clients of Hubstaff. I've worked from home since 2008 as a homebased online English tutor for international students so I can easily build positive relationship with people coming from varied cultural background. I also own and manage a small business company wherein I am in charge of the advertising (from social media marketing to content creation), hiring, training and evaluating staff performance to ensure they meet KPI. Prior to working at home, I was an Escalation Specialist for Dell Computers USA (Telus International Philippines) handling highly escalated customer service issue of clients and co-managed a team of 10-15 agents. During my university years, I was a Student Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs where I was responsible for filing incoming and outgoing office communications, assisting the office secretary, answering phone calls, assisting during academic meetings and conferences. I believed that this experience has helped mold my skills to become an efficient and reliable virtual assistant.
