I worked as a Brand & Customer Experience specialist for Lexus, at the European headquarter based in Brussels, Belgium.
I was responsible to define, roll-out and measure the customer experience & branding strategy across the European sales and after-sales dealerships: define personas, map customer journey, set-up internal & external measurement and ensure all the stakeholders are on-board toward a more customer-centric approach of the business.
