My name is Margarette Ann Advincula, Philippine Registered Nurse for 5 years. I started my nursing career in 2018 in a Hospital in my Province where I was assigned to General Ward. I perform many tasks during those years such as Vital Sign monitoring, Tracheostomy care, Nasogastric Tube Feeding, changing a patient's position every 2 hours for cases like the post-stroke patient to prevent bedsores, IV therapy, carrying out MD's orders, giving meds any many more. I stayed in Hospital for 1 year and 3 months but decided to shift career. My next work was on a BPO company, wherein I was assigned to a healthcare account. My job includes data entry of the document we are receiving from the Home Health Care/Facility, we are transcribing them to the company's portal so that it can be simple for the Direct Manager to decide if they're gonna denied or not patient's claim since the needed information has already been encoded on their system. We are also conducting outbound calls to Facilities/Home Care Agency wherein the Patient is being admitted for us to update the patient's current status. I have been with this BPO company for 2 years and 6 months.
