Hello, I am Roj, 33 years old, from the Philippines. I have a knack for helping people. Literally with my family and friends, especially with customers or clients I deal with daily. I have extensive experience in customer-facing roles. I handled several types of accounts in the past. I have worked with BPO companies (Business Process Outsourcing) for the past 13 years, in which I have handled voice accounts for Telco Companies in the US and non voice accounts (Email/Chat Support). I have experience too in cold calling, in which I have handled MediCare, ACA, TLG (The Cleaning Services) where we call warm leads and convert calls into sales. 

My most recent project was with a health and wellness campaign (US-based). What I do is call potential clients all over the world, present the product, provide long-term benefits to them, and convert it into sales. I became a top seller for 3 consecutive months because I always sell 12-month supplements (considered a high-value sale).
