Controllership Function

Accountable for the accounting operations of the plant/project that include the production of periodic financial reports.

Manages and maintains the accuracy of accounting records (proper classification of accounts).

Oversees, manages comprehensively, and implements a set of controls and budgeting set by Management.

Oversees the transaction-processing of operations based on standard policies and procedures.

Spearheads the monthly inventory reconciliation after actual count with the Operation Team.

Assists the external/internal auditors and provide the necessary documents as needed.

Verifies the computation of the manpower payroll based on the Labour Code.

Accounts Receivable Management

End to end process of accounts receivable Management.

Checks, verifies and prepares Statement of Accounts.

Reconciliation with clients for any discrepancy and ensuring prompt collections.

Accounts Payable Management

End to end process of accounts payable management from receiving of billings to ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.

Checks/verifies the completeness of the invoices based on the standard set by regulatory and Management.

Identifies the proper applicable taxes for the billings (Goods/Services) 

Taxes and Government Compliance

 Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual tax compliance to government regulatory and ensuring taxes are paid in a timely manner.
