Summary
Executive, Professional and Business Coach dedicated to support leaders, managers, companies, and other
coaches to promote their leadership knowledge and consequently grow their business. During my journey I have
been supporting several entrepreneurs with small and medium organizations aiming to increase their revenue,
productivity, and leadership. I have had amazing opportunities to meet executives and managers from different
areas and countries to discuss, support their decision making, promoting knowledge and experience sharing
through mentorship and coaching.
During my career I have had the opportunity to lead projects in different countries and with several cultures,
diversity, and high performing teams. During these 20 years, some of these leadership positions were performed
with teams located abroad (remote leadership). I was responsible not only for project management and
performance but also for people development.
Due to these international projects, I feel myself comfortable to communicate in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
From education point of view, besides my Engineering graduation, I got my master’s degree in engineering and
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by PMI. I am enthusiastic to software development and due
to that passion, I have been also delivering some work as Scrum Master and Front-End Engineer recently.
Through climby, I have been challenged to join two beautiful and crucial pillars to our society: Technology and
Human Development. Both areas can transform people and generate productivity.

During my regular activities I am also responsible to manage internal Key Performance Indicator for
business growth management.
