The final release was delivered on time with a very low bug count, a tight time-to-fix ratio and a complete set of automated tests. (Milano,-) In a web agency whose main clients were Ray-Ban and Luxottica, I was responsible for maintaining, enhancing and improving of our worldwide available Ray-Ban eyewear online configurator: a vanilla JavaScript project with a huge code base. During this experience independence, short time cycles and performance were key factors. Achieved goals: the JS was modularised as well as the CSS (I brought SASS), resulting in a more readable and maintainable code base improving the development lifecycle, application performance and the overall user experience.
