Hi my name is Marchaella and I have experience as an Inbound Costumer support in Mcghee and Associates in this client we do outbound and inbound calls, write emails and do Crm navigations. I only work for them for 6 hours a day. I am proficient in Google workspace, microsoft offices and I am also fast learner in terms of new softwares. I am very open and very flexible person. I handle task that seem to be confusing is that I ask questions or do some research about it and I think the best way to handle it is thru communication because we can't pretend that we know everything. NDA is a Non disclosure agreement where clients and employees meet half way to protect each others information.
