The system intended to unify HR and Payroll modules for the Government of the State of
São Paulo. To manage over 0.7 million government employees.
The manual test planning was registered on Silkcentral Test Manager, where we also
included the evidence, bugs, and improvement reports. My team and I worked closely with the
client and the developers to improve the requirements documentation, making the overall
development cycle and validation faster.

Doe to my knowledge of the system, I was one of the people selected to start up the first
QA cell. With this, I was able to learn and implement the guidelines used to test and maintain the
quality of the software developed and our client.
The main activities were to identify and document the current test cases for existing
development, elaborating, executing and documenting test cases on our tools. This also enabled
us to create functional documentation for the systems under our team. Working closely with
Requirements Analysts to implement acceptance cases in new requirements.
