Professionally: +3 years’ experience in setting up analytics and analyzing website and/or app data in order to spot CRO opportunities. Those opportunities are used to reduce inefficiencies on the website/app and ultimately increase revenue, customer satisfaction or any other business goal.
Background: In 2020 I moved to New York from Amsterdam, where I worked as Digital Analytics Lead at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. There I embedded a more data savvy mindset into the Digital Transformation department, by building a Digital Analytics capability from scratch.
