I started at IBM, where I managed the development of a customized cloud-based solutions within the Smarter Workforce which helped transform their support team's ability to manage volume, reducing overall volume by 60%.
From there I went to PrismRBS, where I spearheaded the complete redesign and modernization of their bookstore management SaaS platform, Helping create a new modern system in just over 2 years.
At Spreetail, I led the development of a unified backend solution that revolutionized how our vendors and sales team collaborated. The project's primary objective was to develop a comprehensive software platform that would streamline communication, inventory management, and sales processes across multiple vendor relationships. As a result, we were able to reduce vendor onboarding time by 40% and improve sales team productivity by 35%. We were also able to achieve 99.9% data migration accuracy and create simplified reporting and performance tracking.
At Nelnet, I managed a critical infrastructure project related to the Biden loan forgiveness program. This complex initiative aimed to scale the digital platform to process millions of student loan forgiveness applications efficiently and securely. This project had extremely tight timeline with high-stakes federal requirements and strict data privacy and security standards. In the 6-month time period, we were able to complete the infrastructure needed however the project was put on hold due to the Biden loan forgiveness program ultimately being challenged in the Supreme Court.
And most recently at biBerk, I managed the end-to-end development of their SaaS application. Further demonstrating my expertise in bringing complex software solutions from conception to deployment.
In my personal life I put my work experience to use as the Director of a youth football program that serves underprivileged youth. Each year we provide opportunities for about 50 families that have at-risk youths in our community. In addition to this I coach competitive youth football and basketball year-round and provide mentorship and life coaching to incarcerated youth that are looking to transition back into the community.
