I fell in love with the “supply chain puzzle” day 1. Getting the right parts to the right distribution center, working with planning/production and logistics/warehousing to ensure a seamless delivery to affiliates around the world—I was hooked.

Understanding this puzzle requires learning individual departments processes, communicating clearly with the people in planning, manufacturing and warehouse. Doing so has allowed me to ask the right questions to get the right answers to provide the best service to our affiliates. Finding ways to get many moving parts to move in the same direction to get the job done clicked with me.
