Marc Aldrin Lascano

I was an experienced customer service representative for one of the BPO companies in the Philippines before moving here to Thailand. My primary duty is to train employees specifically in communications and product specifics. I've been working a virtual assistant for a Therapy Center CEO, owner of a Septic and Sewer Business, Moving and Hauling Service, and Trailer for Lodging all in the USA.

I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I've participated in various seminars in gaining more knowledge such as Video and Photo Editing, Cybersecurity, and Product Management.

I also studied Notion application for Product Management and I currently using it in my organization.

I also have knowledge of my Video and Photo Editing skills in Canva application.

I really believe that I have the confidence and I am able to handle working under pressure and I always believe in perseverance in doing any kind of work.
