Mar Nino V. Ilagan

Hi, my name is Mar Nino V. Ilagan, I got married last December of 2010, my wife is an office assistant in one (1) of the Catholic schools here in the Philippines and I am blessed with two (2) adorable children. I am just a home body person who usually spends his whole day taking care and playing with my wife and kids, on free time, I just watch online movies.
I have worked on a BPO company for about nine years. I already became a team mentor from where I was given several supervisory tasks and helped my team to maintain our account goals and metrics.
Experience is already a "plus" in my resume in handling administrative jobs and in having an excellent customer relation skill. Being in a call center enhanced my capability to work under pressure and always with good outcome.
I also worked in a Military-based Hospital here in the Philippines at the Social Service Department. My main task was to type-in medical cases and even being borrowed by other departments in creating programs, invitations to be circulated in the said whole institution. I even tried to be in the military as an officer for their Medical Administrative Corps but failed to submit the last requirement to be one.
I become a member of Alpha Phi Omega International Service Fraternity at the University of the Philippines because it’s really my passion to reach out to people especially those who are need even in the simplest way that I can just to be in service.
My good work attitude and integrity made me a valuable employee.
I also have High Standards on details and always make sure that my work is always submitted on time.
My dedication and discipline are also always commended by my supervisors from where I earned their trust and respect on how I handle my work.
Efficiency, easily to adapt, flexibility are other qualities that i have that makes me indispensable. Having a good "planning" and problem solving skills are also some unique traits that I have which I can consider are vital in doing my job well.
Ever since my childhood I’m fond of designing and making posters from where I gained medals and recognitions at our school.
I’m a graduate of Management in Information System that makes me a computer savvy and even took up CISCO Networking at the most reputable University here in the Philippines. I am also hoping to study Web Design in the near future for I can use this skill in helping our Company.
