Educated in area of M.ASociology and having almost 19 years of experience in project management, project cycle, monitoring, evaluation and research. It includes diversified experience of community development, Social mobilization, the projects and developing the intervention concepts, imparting trainings to programme staff and community with participatory approach and Knowledge of current community challenges and opportunities. I have remained involved in Project Planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, Coordination with district government and district administration, education department officials, NGOs, media and influential personalities at district level, Preparation of training need assessment of team on the basis of desk review, field visits and review meetings and conducting trainings of the teams, Report writing, Case Studies and different assignments of Survey in 11 districts(Ghotki,Jacobabad,Kashmore,Shikarpur Khairpur, Shaheed Benazirabad,Sanghar,NausheroFeroze,Thatta,Matiari,Tando Allah Yar,Umerkot,Bandin and Mirpur khas ) of Northern and southSindh.

 Besides the practical know how, I have participated in the training events for diversified areas and possess training certificates in Leadership and development, event management and trainings of teachers, Financial Management of organization, Gender sensitization and Reproductive health, Millennium Goals MNCHas well. .Presently working is as a Senior Enterprise Development Officer in SRSO in SRSO region office Hyderabad .
