Mortgage Executive Assistant
Los Angeles, CA (November 2020 - October 2022)
After I became a Real Estate VA, I was able to land
another work experience as an Executive Assistant
from a Mortgage Advisor. As an executive assistant,
my typical practice was to make a to-do list for each
team member. I wrote instructions for everything
the team does so that any newcomer may learn from
what we do on a daily basis by simply reading the
manual I wrote. I also handle the hiring process,
handled multiple social media platforms, updated
billings and invoices, organized folders and
documents, handled the front desk, dealt with
numerous clients, followed up with clients via email,
scheduled posts, created social media accounts for
each client, and created marketing materials and
made sure that all team members are doing some
progress with their tasks.

Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Lakewood, OH (June 2019 - October 2020)
One of my expertise falls in the Real Estate Industry for some
reason I was trained to do tasks that is related in Real Estate. So,
what I usually do to help my realtor client is to help him market
our listings by creating social media campaigns and run ads to
generate leads in a particular place where our listing occurs. I also
managed his CRM tools like add contacts to our database and put
tags on it whether it is a lead, listing agent or part in the
neighborhood. I created postcards for Just Listed, Sold, For Sale,
Just Reduced and etc. for our listings. I also do data mining where I
look for important information from our contacts who have
incomplete information like emails and phone numbers. I also draft
smart plans for our leads and made sure that the smart plans are
appropriate for every lead in our databased.
Social Media Manager (Part Time)
Los Angeles, CA (April 2018 - September 2019)
I formerly managed many social media accounts, including Business
Facebook Pages, Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube. As their social
media manager, one of my daily tasks was to make a social media
calendar on which I planned out our digital marketing strategy for
their company. I also run advertising to create leads that meet their
criteria or the target market's requirements. I write copy as well as
do graphic design, captioning, and SEO.

fishing industry, where my primary responsibility
was to assist our business owners and the
organization in maintaining financial records. I
