At Bristol Myers Squibb, I held various roles from Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer to Associate Director, MES DevOps and Training, where I led initiatives like Hoshin Kanri for the MES team, Agile (Scrum) deployment, and Lean transformations. My tenure at Johnson Controls included roles such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Lean Implementer, where I managed site deployments and led continuous improvement training programs. At Tampa General Hospital, I optimized central pharmacy processes and led data analysis for the installation of a medication-dispensing robot.
