Created several technical manuals, provided technical assistance, developed reports/work plans/ success stories/ best practices for stakeholders, guaranteed donor compliance, held lessons learned workshops, performed baseline/end-line surveys, and increased the technical competence of 500+ facilitators.

For the past three years, working as Senior Project Officer, Technical Officer, and Master Trainer in the Programme delivery unit, I contributed to UNDP, UN Women, and GoB's climate change, food security, livelihood, and poverty reduction programs.

As a resource person, trained 300+ GoB/NGO workers on Integrated Farm Management, Organic Agriculture, and Climate Smart Agriculture. Built 50 community nurseries and delivered 160000+ tree seedlings. Maintained liaison with GoB & UN agencies.
