Job Profile as a Technical Manager:
· Reviewing & Signing of laboratory test reports.
· Concluding the test reports as per Buyers/Retailers Quality Manual.
· Monitoring the lab testing work on daily basis.
· In-House calibration of equipment.
· Performance check/Intermittent check of equipment.
· Monitoring and managing the sample allotments to different sections as and when required.
· Monitoring the equipment utilization of lab.
· Monitoring in-house maintenance of the equipment.
· Periodically arranging external servicing of equipment as and when required.
Job Profile as a Quality Manager:
· Preparing Quality Management System documents (Level 1,2 & 3).
· Preparing and maintaining QMS records as per ISO 17025.
· Periodically arranging external calibration of equipment as per annual planner.
· Preparing Uncertainty of Measurement records of different test parameters as per the scope.
· Facilitating the procurement of new equipment
· Development of new testing work.
· Performing Internal Audits as per ISO 17025.
· Periodically arranging Management review meeting and maintaining records of the same.
· Monitoring Non-confirming testing work and doing root cause analysis.
· Doing resolution of complaints as and when required.
· Arranging trainings for lab personnel (internal & external) periodically.
· Providing technical updates to lab personnel as per Regulations and Buyer Quality Manual.
· Arranging participation in Buyer’s accreditation programs.
· Arranging ISO 17025 external audit of lab.
· Risk Assessment analysis.
