Exposure in Plans, implements, and administers the personnel and human resources management function in accordance with objectives of the organization as per labour law and factory act such as payroll, recruitment & development, legal and statutory compliances, cGMP act (HR SOP), discipline, and general administration. Process Operations and Employee Management:
Defining service standards and guidelines for excellent service in the organization.
Peaceful and harmonious industrial relations in Plant (Employer & employee or trade unions).
Provide the adequate knowledge of company’s rules & regulations as well as labour laws and statutory requirements.
A disciplinary action as per standing orders & domestic inquires.
Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize employee satisfaction level.
Developing of very good commercial & negotiation skills.
Legal & Statutory Compliance :
Preparation and payment of ESIC and EPF e-challan through online.
Submission of EPF and ESIC nomination and declaration along with return.
Preparation and submission of return of Employment Exchange, Labour & Factories License.
Responsible for Drug Office related work.
Liaisoning & documentations/compliance with Govt. Authorities/Offices like LABOUR, EPFO, ESIC, EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE, DC OFFICE, MC OFFICE, WIEGHT & MANAGEMENT OFFICE, FIRE SERVICES DEPTT, DRUG OFFICE FOR REGULATORY WORK, DIC, EXCISE DEPTT and POLLUTION CONTROB BOARD etc.
Pay Roll Management every month:
Preparation and administration of Salary & wage (pay roll-configurable with heads of allowances & incentives).
Preparation and automatic salary slips generation and transfer of Bank, cash & cheque statement.
Deduction and allowance heads including loans, advances and TDS etc.
Compliance of statutory liabilities under the Factory Act like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus.
Preparation of Full & final after left the job (on roll employees and off roll employees).
Handling the company’s LTA and medical (non ESI employee) rules.
Handling salary related issues and grievances.
Preparation complete time sheet for the payments of OT/incentives/refreshment expenses.
Time Office Management:
Maintaining the attendance & leave records through manually and computerized of all employees (All types of leaves such as CL, SL, EL, ESI, LWP), as well as absent & late coming reports.
Maintaining the shift rotation, breaks, movements and overtime & compensatory records.
General Administration and Supervision:
Housekeeping, Canteen, Gardening, Security, transport, visitors, Pest Control & general administration on day to day basis.
Review the daily cleaning format as per SOP’s.
Arrangement the tea, food, accommodation, transportation for Auditors as well as visitors.
Cleaning of company uniform, shoes as per requirement.
Maintaining the Rodent Box, Fly Killer etc.
Arrangement the pest control for company as per requirement.
Review the various security registers like hand over/take over register, employee out going/in coming register, inward/outward register etc.
Preparing the SOPs’ for HR and Administration in English & Hindi language.
Preparing the indent to purchase the material as per requirement in company.
Prepare the agreement for various vendors like Contract Manpower, Scrap, Pest Control, Security, Canteen, Rent Agreement and annual medical checkup etc.
Supervision of Pre medical checkup and annual medical for employees as per company policies.
Arrangement and purchasing the uniforms, shoes and slippers for employees.
Employee Engagement
Responsible to initiate and Co-ordinate Engagement Activities as per calendar.
Responsible to Execute Rewards and Recognition Policies to attain Employee Engagement objectives.
Responsible for Communication Portal to upkeep and analysis of Employees feedback related to Employment satisfaction.
