I am a results-driven procurement and supply chain professional with over three years of hands-on experience in global sourcing, logistics coordination, and vendor management. My recent tenure as an International Purchase Executive at Floor and Furnishings India Pvt. Ltd. equipped me with a deep understanding of international trade operations, from strategic procurement to the complexities of customs clearance and freight optimization.

In this role, I was responsible for managing inbound logistics from global suppliers across the EU, Turkey, China, and Singapore. I led the end-to-end procurement process, including raising international purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely and compliant deliveries via FCL/LCL shipments and international carriers like DHL and UPS. My proactive approach to resolving issues—such as freight delays, product quality concerns, and documentation bottlenecks—helped maintain uninterrupted inventory flow and strong vendor relations.

Earlier, I began my career as a Customer Support Associate at iEnergizer India Pvt. Ltd., where I honed my communication, data-handling, and customer retention skills while supporting clients with credit card-related queries. I am proficient in ERP and Microsoft Dynamics AX, and well-versed in inventory forecasting, import-export compliance, and cost negotiation.
