I am a finance professional with around five years of experience across Order to Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, billing, reconciliations, and audit support in global service and logistics environments. I have worked with multinational organizations such as IBM and Kuehne+Nagel, where I supported international clients and coordinated financial and operational information with cross-functional teams across different regions.

After completing my B.Com and MBA, I developed strong practical knowledge through hands-on experience rather than theory alone. At IBM, I worked on international processes involving client communication, data handling, and financial support activities, where accuracy and adherence to timelines were critical. Later, at Kuehne+Nagel, I supported global logistics and supply chain clients, handling invoice validation, dispute resolution, cash application, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.

I have experience working with SAP, Oracle, OTM, and Excel, and I am comfortable managing large datasets from multiple systems while ensuring consistency and accuracy. I enjoy detail-oriented work such as matching numbers, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues before they escalate.
