I introduce myself as a friendly and approachable HR professional having nearly 9 yrs of corporate experience. During this period, I have worked in various sectors like IT, Healthcare, Corporate Office (Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail) which enables me to understand the specific needs of an Organization.

Starting from a trainee in HR team, I have emerged as an independent worker capable of handling teams.

I have been associated with companies of varied capacities like startups, medium sized, and big ones. This gives me an insight into each enabling to work manually as well as with automated software/processes.

I hold extensive experience in Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management System, Policies and Procedures, Legal Compliance, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Grievance Handling, Full and Final settlement, preparing HRIS reports and HR records management.

My educational background, Master’s Degree in Management with specialization in HR, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science has been the foundation for consistency in my work.

Being the daughter of a retired Air Force Officer, I have experienced quite a number of cities and schools making me adaptable to new places and people.

My core strengths are hard work, discipline, strong work ethics and communication skills.

I am passionate about understanding human psychology which helps me manage people issues and expectations. Resolving employee queries as quickly as possible eventually providing them with a comfortable work environment makes me happy.
