•  My professional experience was gained in the Maritime Industry, Aeronautics, Telecommunications, Finances and the Recruitment field

Most of my experience was gained in the Maritime Industry where I was in charge of creating, developing and managing training centers designed to benefit more than 3000 seafarers.

Later on, I had the opportunity to coordinate training centers at an international level covering Romania, Ukraine, Chine, the Philippines, the United Kingdom France and Croatia.

Recruiting and talent Management during 11 years have developed my interpersonal skills and facilitated communication and interaction with great people from around the globe!

Having worked in companies of various sizes, I enjoy collaborating with teams from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
