i am an MBA Graduate, and worked in manufacturing company as a HR, it is a start up as everyone knows startup means that where we have to keep our 150% efforts into reality and make things happen. apart from that quality is also important i worked in manufacturing company and learned things from the organisation and made my career in a good path. i am a self motivated person. I'm energetic in my last position at a long term care facility, i was single-handedly caring for upto 15 hours shift. That required me to move fast while still paying attention to small details.
