DUTIES & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Providing training on community savings and other micro savings to other sales agents in the
branches across the country.
Providing general administrative support to the e-Banking department

Executing personal selling in line with Lesotho Post Bank external sales guidelines
Developing, building and retaining the base of clients from different sectors; corporate,

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Selected by the Lesotho Post Bank as the first Intern to introduce the banks new product
(KHETSI mobile wallet seevice) to Alliance Insurance, performing multiple tasks such as
sensitizing Alliance customers of a payment platform, how it is administered and what it
offers, receiving payments and making sales up to the average of 100 customers per day.
The first Lesotho Post Bank Intern employee to carry the duties of the Community Banker,
assigned to encourage communities to invest their society's groups (mekhatlo) savings into the
bank, which resulted in a number of Mekhatlo Savings Accounts from Three to Fifty.
Performed the Administrative Work and also assisted in the registration of Merchants for local
registered businesses.
