fully sell eight whole apartment blocks and 105 piece Marionettes. I oversaw the
offers, sales agreement transactions and payment of the same. I was the gobetween of the Clients (Developer -KPA) and Purchasers and second chaired the

Crisis Management (July 2012)
During my Tenure with IBVM in their school - Loreto Convent Msongari
School, We experienced a tragic road accident involving our senior class. We lost
2 girls to the accident, at least 8 were maimed and scores traumatized by the
event.
I led a team of staff and parents in creating a crisis center and communication
booth on the day of the accident. Subsequent to the event, I was responsible in
the processes of trauma healing for the entire community, planning and executing
2 successful fundraisers that saw the entire nation pitching in as well as the revival
of LCM Alumni that is currently helping the management in the institution's
welfare.
School Systems and Processes (Mar’13)
Successfully introduced/synchronized electronic filing systems that was employee
oriented and not individual oriented. The system has been duplicated to all other
IBVM institutes.
Successfully revised and implemented child friendly recruitment system that saw
all parents seeking vacancies for their children getting equal opportunity.
Communications Department
Successfully conceptualized, designed and created the ACWECA Communication
department from the ground up including synchronization of the same with other
departments.
Total overhaul of Associations Website, designed and created a new one with
SEO and monetizing features. I launched the new website in an international
event (August 2014). Among other very important accolades where from the
Pope.
Successful planned and executed an international event (16th ACWECA Plenary)
in Lusaka Zambia.
