From my current source of employment, I have extensive experience utilizing Salesforce to manage multi-account case work, development of customer relationships including setting up new services, troubleshooting and providing in-depth consultation on products, including available connections with other SSO companies. I have been an active participant in company data-driven projects, new launches for states adopting curriculum and working closely with technology support to locate and correct any issues with client access.

I have 13+ years teaching in a Title 1 school setting. I have certifications in Elementary Education (K-6), Reading (K-12) and a Masters of Education. I have taught First, Second, Fifth and Sixth Grade (Math and Science). Voted Teacher of the Year 2017.
