I have over eight years experience in Monitoring, and Evaluation across various sectors including gender justice, public health, WASH, early childhood development, and community-led development. My expertise includes designing and implementing M&E systems, developing SMART indicators, conducting data quality assessments, and leading both quantitative and qualitative research. I have supported multiple partner organizations, transitioned programs from manual to real-time data systems, and led the creation of learning agendas and performance audits. I am skilled in using tools like Power BI, SPSS, My work has informed strategy development, donor reporting, and policy advocacy, especially in SRHR, GBV, and youth programming across Southern Africa.
