I have worked for an Australia based Company. I have been assigned to Accounts Receivables to do collection of payments and been assigned to Licensing/Hardware Sales Support handling Cyberoam/Sophos Vendor. Below are some of the task i have done :
• Ensuring all existing maintenance and software assurance agreements are quoted prior to expiry date
• Process and follow up back orders, processing purchase orders
• Process and follow up quotes
• Process and follow up invoices
• Liaising with internal departments
• Liaising with external suppliers/vendors
• Liaising with external partners
• Working to deadlines
• Processing new sales leads in CRM system/quoting system
• Assist with the management of the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
• Monitoring customer accounts
• Providing data and reports to help the sales team and to report on your activity
• Working to set KPI’s and Sales Targets
• Keeping track of sales targets
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments for sales team.
I have also been into online worked handling Ecommerce Stores. I have done order fulfillment, email marketing campaigns, product research , product listing, update inventory, update pricing, customer service and FB management as well.
