I have completed my Bachelor’s degree along with a Diploma, and I began my career in 2016 as a Sales Executive in a finance company. Over the years, through consistent effort, learning, and dedication, I progressed to the position of Senior Sales Executive and gained strong hands-on experience in both field and branch operations.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for customer acquisition, promoting financial products, collecting and verifying documents, processing loan files, and managing EMI collections. I have worked extensively in rural and semi-urban areas, where clear communication, trust-building, and customer understanding are very important. I am confident in explaining financial products in simple terms and helping customers choose suitable options based on their financial capacity.
I have regularly worked with targets and deadlines, which has strengthened my planning, time management, and result-oriented skills. I coordinated closely with branch teams to ensure smooth processing of cases and compliance with company policies.
