I have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). I also have basic knowledge in using Google Drive (Google docs, Google sheets). My administrative skills include but not limited to data entry with accuracy, internet research, website research, lead generation and customer service. Furthermore, I am adept in using Social Media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. I do have basic knowledge in using Gmail and Hootsuite.
I have also worked as an Online Arbitrageur using OAXray. In addition to that, I was trained to do Amazon Account Management.
