client. The services offered are airline ticketing (domestic and international), tour packages, visa and
passport assistance, hotel and resort accommodation, cruise, travel insurance, car and bus rentals and any
travel related consultations.
As a Social Media Manager, I handle the agency’s social media account specifically Instagram. I post
pictures with captions on a daily basis and answer client inquiries. I also do research on the new and
upcoming hotels and resorts in the country for possible tie-ups.

As a Marketing Officer for the Specialized Lending Team, my job is to help and assist Product Officers in
promoting the product of the unit by developing marketing strategies such as organizing events, workshops,
forums, and meetings and producing marketing communication materials for internal and external use. I also
monitor the unit’s fund allocation and distribution. Aside from the marketing related tasks, I also handle
administrative support such as but not limited to management of calendar of activities of the team and other
tasks as assigned.

Philippine National Bank is one of the country’s largest private local commercial banks in terms of assets
and deposits. It is a universal bank providing a full range of banking and other financial services to large
corporate, middle market, small and medium enterprises and retail customers.
Our unit is in charge of developing new Credit Card products and services. As a Product Officer, I handle
market research and competitive analysis of different credit card products to be able to come up with a
unique product for the bank. I handle production and implementation of various marketing communication
materials, advertising, publicity and other promotional activities to be at par with competitors. It is also my
task to identify and qualify potential partners in the creation of new products and services that will help
increase card base and business volume. We manage projects from conception to birth until postmonitoring.
