JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinates with the Retention and Product departments to come up with accurate and creative content & translations for e-mails and marketing communication channels (banners, SMS, P-message, TNCs, websites, microsites, etc.)
Ensures that all content on the website are updated in response to current developments in branding, marketing, product, or any other corporate changes that apply
Ensures that transactional e-mails (welcome emails) are updated in response to changes in promotions, branding, and others
Creates / revises SEO content for the website when needed
Coordinates with front-end developers and designers to come up with e-mail templates, banners, and other collaterals
