Almost 15 years ago, I started my first corporate job. I worked as a Market Researcher for a US-based company. My role was to call businesses and households in the US and ask them to participate in a survey may it be product satisfaction or political. After 3 years I got promoted as a Project Supervisor in the same company. I was tasked to handle 10-15 agents and monitor their performances. I remained in that post for almost 3 years and got promoted as a Quality Team Leader. My job as a Quality Team Leader was to monitor Project Supervisors and make sure that they do not miss their daily tasks, monitor agents, and mentor them. I also conduct pieces of training from time to time. I was in that position for almost 3 years until I decided to move to JPMorgan Chase and Company and worked as an Account Specialist. As an account specialist for the biggest bank in the US, I assist customers with all their banking needs and troubleshoot their problems with regard to online banking. I have been with JP Morgan Chase and Company for almost seven years.
