Aside from taking in and doing outbound calls I utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management, Paint tool for minor photo editing and emailing through Outlook. I am looking to gain new skills and knowledge in the industry of freelancing and also develop the skills I have acquired from previous jobs.
