Hi! I’m Mae Claire N. Train, a certified healthcare virtual assistant with a background in pharmacy and a passion for healthcare. My career journey has taken me through various healthcare roles, and one of the most rewarding experiences was working as a clinic administrator in an optometry clinic. There, I managed everything from scheduling to insurance verification and claims processing, making sure that patients felt cared for at every step. My time at the clinic taught me the importance of smooth, efficient processes and gave me hands-on experience with EMR and VoIP systems, which I use to keep patient care running smoothly. I am also HIPAA certified

Now, as a healthcare virtual assistant, I bring that same dedication to my work. My certification helps me navigate the unique challenges of virtual healthcare support, and I focus on creating positive experiences for both patients and providers.
