As the lead server and bartender, I was responsible for maintaining excellent customer service with our
regular and new customers. Other responsibilities would include, maintaining a clean environment, re-stocking
products, tapping kegs, opening and closing the restaurant. Kramer's also was the location of many social
events, in which I was responsible for organizing and set-up/take-down.

During my second year of school, I worked a Tim Hort ons. Working my way up from Cashier to Drive-threw
and then onto the Sandwich Station. My responsibilities included maintaining an exceptionally clean work

easier as well as receive feedback almost instantly. After my works program was completed, I was offered
a full-time job in the IT Department but declined in order to pursue my post-secondary education.
