A 2023 graduate with an MBA in Business Analytics from Royal Docks School of Business and Law, University of East
London, with an overall merit. I currently work as an Advisor in mobile and telecommunications sector for Telefonica
UK ltd trading as O2. Working for assisted sales, in a dynamic environment where I must prioritize FCA compliance
while meeting organizational goals. I have developed easy conversational leadership, articulation, and negotiation

I am a former Quality Assurance engineer for almost 2 years working for US health care and health insurance
software domains and have testing skills from business testing, functional testing through automation – Selenium with
JavaScript, into continuous integration in Agile Methodology. I have solid testing experience, and good understanding
of best practices and principles of testing.
I hold an internship experience as a Field Supervisor at New Concept Information Systems ltd, working directly under
the Research manager for UNICEF (India). I led a team of five members, to structure and analyse assessment
response to a quantitative data and document the data for further use.
