My name is Madgina Miller, and I have several years of experience working in customer service, administrative support, and remote assistance. I was born and raised in the Philippines and have been living in the United States for many years. Throughout my career, I have worked in different environments where I helped clients and patients with a variety of needs, both in-person and remotely.

In my previous roles, I have assisted customers with scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, providing support through chat and email, and helping with billing questions and payments. I am also experienced in data entry, document scanning, and helping patients create and manage online accounts like MyChart. I enjoy solving problems and making sure every customer feels supported and valued.

I am skilled in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Office 365, Excel, and other online platforms to manage daily tasks. Working remotely has allowed me to develop strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work independently with little supervision. I take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile to help both customers and my team.

What I enjoy most about my work is being able to help people and make their experience as smooth and positive as possible. Whether it’s assisting a customer with a billing issue, setting up an online account, or simply answering their questions, I find it rewarding to provide excellent service and build trust with every interaction.
