Madelene Guerra

I am a working student and currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I have 4 years experience in BPO. 1 year in Customer Service and 3 years in Workforce Management. In Workforce Management, our main tool is Microsoft Excel. I learned different function in excel, how to manipulate data and how to create templates from scratch. I was able to innovate processes which helps the company and lessen the workload of my colleagues. I drove efficiency which minimized costs. I also learned about basic Macros. I was a Blue Diamond Awardee at Teleperformance under the category of Professionalism. "I do what I say", I am committed and dedicated on providing quality and outstanding service. I also got several commendation from clients when I was a customer service representative. I have also studied about programming and web development using the C language, Java, PHP and Microsoft Visual Basic.

On my leisure time, I love travelling and watching youtube videos about programming and web development to enhance my skills.
