I used to work as a Project Manager in a Market Research firm outsourced in our county. I have been in the Market Research industry for 13 years. Started as a Market Research Representative, calling US households to conduct surveys; political, customers' experience and a other diversified topics.
I have experience with Amazon Seller Central, RepricerExpress, InventoryLab, Helium 10 and Viral Launch. I also do copy-writing for when creating Amazon product listing. I have experience as a Team Leader. I monitor and coordinate with my client's Virtual Assistants; delegating work and making follow ups, taking notes of VAs' issues and relay them to the client, look for solutions and help them out any way I can with their tasks.
